Delete your account and data
You can delete your Staxy account at any time. When you do, your account and all associated data are permanently removed or anonymised within 30 days.
Delete in the app
- Open the Staxy app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days. Billing records are kept in anonymised form where required by accounting or tax law.
Can’t access the app?
Email legal@staxy.app from the email address linked to your account. We will process the deletion request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile.
- All projects, units, and associated data.
- Your encrypted vault and secrets.
- Notification preferences and session data.
Billing records are retained in anonymised form where required by applicable accounting or tax law. No data that can identify you is kept beyond 30 days.
